The staff were great, breakfast had a great selection, and we loved all the different pools.

The thermals by the pool were very enjoyable.. we had a little issue with the hot water and the pressure but other than that everybody was wonderful friendly staff amazing time.

I loved the properly. The outside and buildings a well maintained and are newer. It is visually appealing, and quaint. Cabins are roomy but small enough to let you know you aren’t in your own home. Hotel is in great location but not easy to find according to our sat nav which took us couple streets down. Parking is right in front. Room was really nice and well equipped. Hotel staff were friendly, nice and helpful when booking activities. I would recommend this place. Good parking right in ...

The actual town/city of Quesada is not touristy and isn't some place a visitor should go out of their way to see. It is a pleasant city but nothing to see right there. I used it as a place to go between La Fortuna and San Jose.
