"This hotwl was an amazing place to stay! Daniel was an incredible host and took us on tours in their own brand-new private bus at a great rate, which made everything so easy. He even drove us back to San Jose and had a baby seat for our little one! The food was excellent, the rooms were much bigger than we expected, and the location was perfect. "Worse than the pictures. Cant understand why they have a hugh rating. Room is cold due to breeze from door and windows. Door does not fit as it deformed from sun exposure. There is no hot water in the bathroom. I am nog typically picky but this place is ons on the worst places i ever stayed in. "

"We loved the grounds and the thermal pools. We had our own pool and it was great. The food was good but pricey at the restaurant. The wait staff was just mediocre with one waiter who would roll his eyes when we asked to sit at a different table. He never smiled and had to be asked to get us things. We had one good server, named Denzel, that did a nice job. The safe was a bit of a challenge and we even managed to get locked out. Told the front desk and someone was there within 15 min to unlock it and show us where the magic button and letters were. The letters were worn off our keypad. We would stay here again. Great location and no fighting the crowds at the public thermal pools."
