"The hotel is next to a major road, which is busy, and in use 24X7. The room we stayed in was not soundproofed at all, which meant we had a poor sleep experience. The pool, garden area and restaurant are pleasant. Very good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. However we would not stay again because of the road noise, and inadequate soundproofing. "

"We stayed on 4th floor for one night ahead of a flight. Good room, soundproofed, spacious enough, good bathroom. I used the small gym which was adequate. We had the buffet breakfast, which was fine. We ate out for dinner at restaurant in the park where hotel is located. 5 car rental companies are opposite hotel, v useful if you are renting. We used the airport transfer which runs every 15 mins - v good."

"Modern, clean, friendly property."

"Clean spacious room. Not too far from the airport. We stayed here for two nights after a late flight and then a day trip to Tortuga. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was able to accommodate our dietary requirements and dinner was well priced. Breakfast also provided a good variety of options."

"The hotel is well located bright and new but the dining room is terrible. A poster in the elevator advertised a pasta meal with wine, choice of pasta dishes,salad bar and desert for just $14 but when we tried to order it the server first said it wasn’t available. We eventually insisted on it but it turned out to be only a tiny salad, spaghetti with tomato sauce, a glass of wine and a piece of cake (no choice). Service was slow and the dining room feels like a cafeteria. By far the worst dining experience I’ve ever experienced in Costa Rica."

"The best breakfast ever! The food was FANTASTIC. We did not get a chance to play in the pool. The staff was excellent- explaining breakfast options, taking plates. Check in was great too. Loved the hotel. "

"El hotel en general necesita una actualización y mejorar áreas como la piscina para q sean atractivas al ojo del huésped. Durante mi estadia no hubo agua caliente. No hay nevera en la habitación. Por otro lado, el personal es excelente, amables y respetuosos, le doy un 10. El desayuno es muy bueno! "

"My husband and I booked this AMAZING place to celebrate our 15yr Wedding Anniversary! From day 1 our experience was Fantastic. Leticia greeted us and showed us around and was extremely helpful in arranging massages and a cooked dinner in the house the day of our Anniversary! The house was clean and beds comfortable! One room even had an Incredible open air shower! The pool although solar heated was a little cool but refreshing and the grounds keeper Darwin kept it clean. There was a lot of great information provided about places to visit and nearby restaurants recommended. Only thing is that I would not recommend the Supermercado La Coope as it was expensive and had few options, we found other markets to be better personally. No TV was a nice break and the provided speaker allowed us to unwind and enjoy. Overall our time and experience was 10/10 FANTASTIC and we would definitely consider coming back!
