"We rented a car and could park right in front. The property manager never received reservation from Orbitz and we had a hard time contacting him upon arrival. Had to borrow the bike rental neighboring business’ phone to call him. He doesn’t receive payment from Orbitz either and we had to go back and forth to dispute. Cheap place to stay if you just want to quick overnighter with no frills."
"Amazing place and wonderful service! Easy to drive to, a bit of a rocky road but was NOT an issue to get up there. Definitely need a 4x4 SUV so the drive is safe. "

"We really enjoyed the quiet village and the house's amazing views of the volcano and lake! We saw beautiful birds everywhere. Loved the swings and the 3rd floor lookout! So peaceful. The only drawbacks were, one night the neighborhood dogs barked for an hour and we had a little trouble finding the house but Erika went out of her way to talk us through it and had her daughter meet us! Also, the first and second floor are only connected by outdoor steps. It was great for us because our teens stayed downstairs and loved it. (But with younger kids this may be an issue) We met Lilander at a stable close by and had an amazing horseback ride to a waterfall! Highly recommend this place!"

"We were looking for a place that felt more "local Costa Rican" and this was perfect. Ericka was our host and was SO knowledgeable and helpful! Wwe didnt end up doing any excurions, but she was able and ready to help us with booking if we desired as well. She did help us connect with Lilander Horseback tour right up the road, which was absolutely wonderful as well. Loved the views, and the town!"

"This property is absolutely spectacular. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Amazing landscaping all over the property with beautiful views. Close to the hot springs, lake activities, and La Fortuna. Thost happened to be in property"
