Clean and very good staff

For this to be an adult only resort it felt like a retirement resort. The pools closed at 7pm the music shuts off at 6pm. Workers waiting around pacing from 6pm till 7pm on the dot to blow their whistle to make you get out the pool. After that the resort was dead around 10pm with nothing to do but one club upstairs that had a small bar with maybe 3 bartenders. If they had activities they started at 1130am ending early. The best night was the neon party on Friday night

Staff are not helpful at all. Most don’t speak English which I understand we are in DR but it makes it so hard to find information or ask for help. Many times we were laughed at for not being able to understand them. One time we just walked out of a restaurant because the server was so rude. We missed out on our already paid transportation to the airport because no one would help us and they just got us a taxi instead. Luckily we had the cash to pay for it because we were made to think it was our prepaid car service that we ordered thru Expedia. The 3 restaurants they have are good but the buffet was ok. Overall, I loved having a swim up pool and the place is very clean. I just wished as an American English speaking family I felt more welcomed and not shamed. So I wouldn’t advise you to go if you know zero Spanish.
