The room was very nice but the toilet did not seem well anchored to the wall and the sink sprayed water everywhere.
The staff at checking was helpful and cheery, but the restaurant was not well staffed, we had to ask multiple times for service.
The reception had a nice play area. Overall a nice stay with a small child.

Poor first impression from the exterior of the building. Staff member took too long to find our booking and was quite unhelpful about check-in. No offer of sitting in the bar area or round the pool and getting a drink before check-in time.
Pool and outdoor area is much too small, it was literally taken over by a party when we tried to use it.
No real offer of hospitality, drinks and food were not offered or promoted.
Room was fine and no complaints about that.
