The hotel was clean. The breakfast was an average buffet. Not bad, but not good either. The layout of the hotel was atrocious. The elevator was too small and the layout and size of the room made it very uncomfortable. Very small and cramped. The receptionist was fine, but I had to pay the tax for the room in cash. I didn’t have a small enough bill for the receptionist to make change. I later made a purchase outside the hotel to be able to pay the tax. Small gripe, but annoying. Loved the city of Rouen, but couldn’t wait to leave the hotel.

Room felt small and cramped. On the plus side, it was very clean and modern. Comfortable bed, great shower and hairdryer. Small lift for your luggage and breakfast area was also cramped but the food/drink options were good. We did not receive the wine bottle that we we were entitled too (VIP status)

Posizione eccellente, personale gentilissimo, la ragazza che parla italiano il top della gentilezza e simpatia. La camera è davvero piccola, forse troppo, ma ha un buon isolamento contro luce e rumore. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.

Very clean and close to everything. There is no coffee in the bedrooms which was a bit inconvenient, but they have a very nice breakfast area. Shower was a bit awkward.

Parking was tricky. The hotel is on a small one way street. We were there on VE day and many restaurants were closed. Eating was not as easy as our other hotels. The invasion was a bitter battle and lots of the city was destroyed. Left standing was the famous cathedral, Joan of Arc exhibition and some of the old town. Another reasons to stay here was a Tomas Danbo Troll in a local park. Check to see if it is still there.

Was not disappointed with this space. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. Looks cheesy in the photos, but in reality looked so much better. Shower was amazing. Sky light in room. Very charming. Felt safe. Very walkable neighbourhood. We were on the top floor. Took a the smallest elevator up to the 3rd floor then had to walk up to the 4th floor where are room was. Again very charming.

Hôtel bien placé, avec une jolie décoration et un personnel agréable. Chambre propre (sauf sous le lit). En revanche, la réservation était trompeuse. J’avais réservé une chambre double avec un grand lit, annoncée comme insonorisée. Or, la chambre 15 qui nous a été attribuée communique avec la chambre 16 par une simple porte. Dans la chambre 16, deux femmes séjournaient. Nous avons littéralement eu l’impression de dormir tous ensemble : aucune isolation phonique, nous avons entendu leurs conversations le soir, puis tôt le lendemain matin, y compris une conversation téléphonique dans son intégralité. Merci pour l’intimité… Je suis très déçue. J’en ai informé le personnel de l’hôtel au moment de notre départ.

Chambre très petite avec un manque d'endroit pour poser les affaires ainsi que dans la salle d'eau. Toilettes non chauffés et extrêmement froides. Et un état de propreté limite sur certaines choses ( les verres mis à disposition). Néanmoins décoration très jolie et agréable, accueil sympathique et personnel à l'ecoute.

Bien placé et facile pour stationner. Literie confortable interdiction de manger ou boire (the, café..) dans la chambre ? Je trouve cela un peu déplacé pour un hôtel Salle d’eau minuscule il ne faut pas être trop gros
