Appena arrivata ho trovato traccia di sapone sul lavandino del bagno e le lenzuola sporche (anche la coperta ma facendo caldo non è stata necessaria). 「Conciergerie inutile, difficilement joignable, et qui ne prend pas en charge les demandes, malgré plusieurs relances (en particulier aucune casserole utilisable car non compatibles avec les plaques à induction).Quartier très populaire.Toutes les fenêtres sont au nord, il y a donc très peu de soleil dans l'appartement.Aucune intimité : les baies vitrées donnent sur la rue (rez-de-chaussée), et il n'y a pas de voilages.」

「We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. The location is excellent, with a lovely park nearby and both a supermarket and bakery just around the corner. Rouen itself, full of surprises and charm, is within walking distance. The large rooftop terrace was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city.」

「The property was nicely situated and good inside. However, we found difficulty paying. The Property Managers only sent us payment details on the day we were checking in, and our mobile devices wouldn't let us pay over data (in the middle of the Channel!). Their Paypal system wasn't working, and so after hours of trying and messages going back and forth we managed to do it by direct bank transfer in the car as we drove to the property but it wasn't easy.
