The resort, staff and facilities are excellent. The location in Islamorada is great either for a few days in the keys or as a stopping point to or from Key West. We didn’t get time to use all of the facilities but there are restaurants on site, kayaks, pools, a lively beach and breakfast so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.

Positives - Great food! Great amenities! Great section of the beach! Rooms were clean and modern! Negatives - Staff checking us in were not overly helpful - very transactional and seemed annoyed with any questions. - Beach had a lot of garbage - would be great if people would clean up after themselves, but if not, if there was staff to help pick up the garbage.

The pool closed to early and there isn’t a spa onsite but overall in a great location with be connected to the mall

Staff nice , room clean but so small and over charging no breakfast and the room has no view

Excellent view, expensive room snacks and for what we paid, the bed could be replaced. Everything else was above standard. We enjoyed it especially the balcony

Very relaxing and beautiful

Had a nice time however lobby closes at 6 and when we returned to our room after dinner to watch some tv found there was NO remote for the tv and lobby was closed. I sent a message to them that still (2 days later) has gone unaddressed
