Our third stay here and staff was great as always.
Our room could have used a better clean before our stay. Found a sock and a shoe under a chair from a previous guest. Lots of dust on bedside table shelf.
Bathrooms were spotless.
Still worked great for activities we had planned. Just not quite as nice as previous stays.

The stay was enjoyable, staff were helpful, the room was comfortable.
Elevators were a little small/crowded but that comes with the age of the building. Built in 1914 as the The Dominion Bank headquarters which also means the hotel has some very nice architectural elements.
We stayed in the lower floors which is original building.
