Great stay. Very quiet, clean and outdoor pool is great.

Excellent place to stay in Old Montreal. Hotel restaurant Brasserie701 makes for an excellent meal after a day of sight seeing.

The hotel was nice, in a great location for old town. The staff were warm and friendly. The suit we stayed in was good but the design mood was quite dark. With only bedside lights in the bedroom made it harder getting ready. Also with the only two mirrors in the bathroom, the room would be helped by another full length mirror in the dark entrance way.

We normally grab a Holiday Inn close by, but I now can see the difference! You get what you pay for! I have never had such a high-tech room... Who knew how much I wanted the toilet seat to lift up on its own and for the seat to be heated

The rooms were very unique but one of the rooms smelt very musty. Executive Room was nice and well appointed but all the rooms were very dated and needs updating. Our bathroom was not clean, water marks all over the counter top suggesting it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. Carpets from the entrance to the rooms were very worn and dirty. The good points, it’s in a good location quiet but easy to walk and get places and restaurants bars all walking distance. The staff at the hotel were all really nice and were helpful and accommodating. I can’t fault them for their customer service.

Staff was so amazing. Any request was taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond for us and made this stay so memorable and remarkable. Room was amazing. The property beautiful the restaurants fantastic. Best service of all time.

It was close to all amenities. The hotel and room was clean. Staff did not come in to make the bed or freshen the room.

Excellent location (McGill U across the street, restaurants and shopping within minutes) and great views from higher floors. I'm giving this 4 stars because the rooms are aging (decor is several decades out of date, the pool and hot tub were out of order (looks like a while) and not a single USB port to be found). Nice gym and bar/lounge. Restaurant more like a Perkins with upscaled pricing. Overall though we'd stay again as rooms were large and clean.
