From the moment I arrived the staff were very friendly efficient and welcoming. Every day I spoke to the staff they offered info to engage in events I’d never thought of. The best thing about the hotel was the size of the pool area and beach access. The hotel itself was updated, but could use more attention to cleaning. When we checked in, the room was not as clean as expected and the pool looked as if it hadn't had chemicals put in for awhile.
