"Beautiful property! Beautiful views! Perfect location directly on the beach. The staff is incredible. Christopher at the front desk provided exceptional customer service when checking me in and throughout my entire stay. He did everything to accommodate me in making sure my stay was wonderful from check in until the moment I checked out! Ray at the pool was very friendly and made sure I had everything to enjoy my time at the pool and the concierge Joao provided exceptional service as always! Thank you Eden Roc for yet another exceptional stay!"

"pros: great breakfast, clean room, free shuttle to and from airport cruise shuttle through fee. comfortable beds. Cons: service in restaurant was mediocre. I had to ask for water refill even though there were 3 staff standing in front of me. some minor wear and tear in furniture in room. AC took forever to kick on. Great for a 1 night stay, don’t know if I would stay more than that. it’s rated as a 4 star hotel I would say 3 at best. "
