Our stay was good, my only complaint was the last night we needed an extra blanket but the hotel didn’t have any.

We stayed in the King + Sofa Bed suite at the Residence Inn for 3 nights. Overall our stay was great and the hotel location was very convenient. The staff at the hotel were 5 stars, very helpful and always in good spirits. Breakfast was included and a great selection of food, including coffee options such as cold brew. The room itself has a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc., so you could prepare your own food if needed. The mattress on the sofa bed in our room was not comfortable and really not useable. The staff were quick to remedy this and brought us a cot that was much more comfortable. The hotel itself seems to be going through upgrades. Our room was a bit dated and the sofa bed really needs to be upgraded. I would also suggest offering a two queen option. The kitchen is a nice to have but largely not needed for short stays in TO.

Hotel was nice, and location was great. The only thing I'll say is before you book, be aware that there is a nightclub right across the street. We were on the second floor and could hear pretty much everything. Lots of kids running around drunk out of there minds. Hot tub was good, but there was a nicotine pouch floating around on there. Kinda gross. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great.

The hotel is a short walk and easily accessible when travelling from Union Station. Check in took less than 5 minutes, directions from staff was clear and concise. Housekeeping was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything remained well stocked during my stay. The room was on a very high floor, spotless, with large, bright corner windows. The gym and fitness studio were clean and had tons of natural light but I do wish for more equipment (as in any hotel, it’s the norm to have minimally equipped gyms but something is better than nothing)! The food was delicious. Definitely recommend ordering the stacked for breakfast with the blueberry compote and the tasting trio during happy hour. I made my breakfast reservations the week before my stay - I would highly suggest doing that because when I was done my breakfast I overheard people being told there was a nearly 1 hour wait to be seated. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
