Great family experience. Service was on point. IL gourmet restaurant is must. Pablo the manager was great. He made sure we were all taken care but I’m sure he’s like that with all the enter through the door. Kids had all around fun and experience was exciting.

The Zel was absolutely amazing! The room was beautiful, extremely spacious, and clean. The food was great at the buffet and even better at the restaurants! The service was impeccable. From check in to check out it was by far one of our best all inclusive experiences.
