What a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful staff & facilities! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay I contemplated adding an extra day! So well stocked with a lovely breakfast and minibar provision. As a solo traveller, this hotel was perfectly located for both the airport and for bus and metro services, which made exploring Lisbon so much easier. I will be exploring the other Turim locations in Europe and have recommended this hotel to my peers who are considering coming to Lisbon! Obrigada!

We had 3 nights in hotel and 2 rooms, upon entering one of the rooms stank like you were in a sewer! Reported the first morning and later that day was told it had been sorted. It wasn’t the smell came back through the 2nd evening, reported again on day 2 and the lady on reception that afternoon/evening told us she will have the cleaners sort as was a cleaning issue to her but we said it wasn’t it’s a drainage/plumbing issue. Again was told it was sorted but it wasn’t and we now also had the smell in the 2nd room also, which was so bad it woke me up.finally was offered a new room for last evening at 11pm that night. The cleaners did a lovely job each day and the receptionist needs speaking to about her rudeness and lack of customer service in saying we were lying! Should have been changed rooms after night 1 reporting it. Bar staff and actual cleanliness of the property was lovely but report a sewage issue which this was and you get called liers! After what we paid for 2 rooms for 4 of us this was not what I was expecting for the price. I doubt anyone from this company will bother to contact me and sort compensation but it ruined our experience of staying in Lisbon with this hotel again!

Good location in a quiet street. A bit further from historic location but overall manageable with 20 minutes walk.

Overall, the stay was okay. The room was quite small, and the bathroom felt old and could definitely use some updating. On the positive side, the location was good and convenient, and my interactions with the staff were very pleasant and professional. Overall, a decent stay, but the rooms and bathroom could benefit from renovation.

Soooo clean and hygienic. The cleaner came both days I was there and she was so good at making sure the place was excellently clean and smelled good. Shared bathroom was always clean as well. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was spotless. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast lovely lots of mini pastries, cerals, toast, some meat, cheese and yogurts and some hot items, baked beans, sausage, mushrooms and boiled eggs. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.
