The location is ok if you want to stay close to the noisy train rail. The check-in was long; they seem understaffed. The thermostat was broken so my room was over 25 degrees upon walking in and that took nearly 3.5 hours to fix, so I didn't have access to the room. They send reminders to check out online at all hours of the night, so turn your notifications off, and you still need to check out in person because you need to bring your key cards to reception. Finally, to cap it off, they fraud your credit card with phantom mini bar charges, mine was 15.50 euro. I emailed Jessica at the front desk about this fraud and she was unhelpful.
