Stayed for 17 days. The town in this area is beautiful, and it was nice to feel calm. It was good because I have a 1 year old child. A walk along the river is pleasant. In addition, although the station is not close, it was convenient because you can access various routes. Regarding the facilities, the thing that fixes the shower was damaged and could not be fixed. In addition, there was no stopper for the bathtub, so it was necessary to use a plastic bag to store hot water. It was also troublesome that there was no vacuum cleaner in the cleaning tools even though cleaning is once a week. But other than that it's comfortable. There is a distance to the center, so if you can tolerate that, it's a good inn (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)

ポルトガル人の人懐こいサービスに癒やされました。おへやもオシャレですし、快適です。多少喧騒の中ですが、なんといっても便利なエリア。徒歩で観光地を巡れます。眺めも最高だったし、何度でも泊まりたい！

誰もいない！ 事前の確認が不可欠！

フロントスタッフ とても差別的で親切で無く驚いた！ この様なホテルに5泊もして最悪の休暇だった。ホテルのアメニティも最悪で 2階に泊まると、下の階のプールやスパの臭いがエレベータの中迄臭う！最悪と言う言葉しか言えないのです。

滞在中シャワーの故障がありましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。立地も良くとても気持ち良く過ごせました。

全室禁煙のはずなのに部屋がタバコくさい。 バスルームが床とフラットで水浸しになる。 4泊するので部屋を変えてもらって扉のあるバスルームになったが隙間が空いていて結局水浸しに... シャワーヘッドが高すぎて全然届かずなんとか届いたが高すぎてかけれず手持ち。 排水が悪すぎて足首まで浸かる。 シャンプーもあるが微妙に高い位置で1プッシュで本当に少ない量しか出ないのでプッシュするのに腕が疲れた。 タオルも穴が空いていたりで雑巾レベル。 スタッフの対応とドライヤーの風圧が強いのは良かったが水回りが過去最悪レベルだった。

Everything was perfect. Reception, room and other facilites were also good. Furthermore, while I had stayed in the hotel, the hotel gave champagne and sweets. Every guests can enjoy spa which includes sauna and excercize machine. The sauna seems to be open until 22:00.

After checking in we found that the sliding bathroom door could not be opened or closed and the TV couldn’t turn on. The problems were fixed quickly though. Breakfast choice was the same everyday since we stayed long it was terrible. I observed that the cleaning staff used the same clothes for cleaning everything in the room from table to tray, etc. One night our wallet was stolen while walking on the street and we wanted to report to the police. I asked the front office staff to help key in the nearby police station address in Uber. She did but it was not a nearby one (the police asked why we didn’t go to the one near our hotel). On our departure day, the Uber taxi driver arrived somewhere that was not the pickup point where we used to wait. The front office staff were busy with checking in so I asked a staff whom we met almost every morning during breakfast to help talk to the driver but he refused and told me to ask the front office staff. My overall assessment of this hotel is that although the hotel location is good, the operation and staff are not professional.

Så fint hotell! Perfekt läge och mycket hjälpsam personal. Underbart god frukost som vi åt på ett cafè brevid.
