Plum Island Golf Vacations

The shower was awful. The caulking was stained with mold, and insects came out of the drain. The air conditioner was working, BUT the compressor was extremely loud. I needed earplugs to block out the noise. We could hear it from the elevator, which was five or six rooms away. Other than that, the lobby is beautiful and clean, and the staff is very kind. I don't know if it was intentional, but there were no cups in the room.

Hotel has an excellent location close to Grand Central Station. Hotel was very quiet and clean with a good bed to fall sleep after a long day exploring the city. Breakfast was also great. Staff were super courteous and helpful.

I’ll never have to look for another hotel in NYC. This is my favorite accommodation for business travel. Quiet, clean, great service, amazing location. Praises to the staff! For always being cordial, accommodating and professional.

Not the standard for a 1 Hotel property. I came in late and the fire alarm was falsely going off the entire time. No courtesy call and no zero attempt to accommodate the guests. The rooms need some work. Felt dingy and could use some serious touch ups and repairs. Just didn’t feel like the others.

The location is very central and the lobby is a comfortable place to regroup. The bar and restaurant have a great vibe and the staff are all curtious , friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. This is why I keep coming back to the Loews Regency Hotel!

Couldn’t ask for a better location in Times Square ! Elevators were very roomy and fast. The rooftop and other bar areas are really cool. The room was very clean and loved the beachy decor!

The hotel stay was nice, but the only thing was that at the end of the stay I got charged 100 dollars that I gave as the deposit, because they said I used parking, so I called and they saw their mistake. And refunded me 80 dollars. The other 20 dollars I don't know why they stayed with them, and in the end I forgot to call. So it was like I had to fight for my deposit back. Unhelpful customer service.
