"Of all the Staten Island hotels we have visited, this is by all means worth the stay. Upon arrival, one is greeted by their friendly staff & check-in has always been seamless. I particularly appreciate their snack & beverage center whereas one can even purchase wine after a long day! The inclusive breakfast is welcomed alongside their coffee & various options. Their rooms leave a lil to be desired considering they can use a makeover nevertheless, they are always clean & nicely made. Cheers to more success!"

"The hotel was very clean with nice updated decor. The staff was helpful. My only negative experience was the breakfast - missing bacon, cold eggs, dry potatoes and possibly old cranberry juice. I would stay here again."

"Loved that it had it’s own beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas, no need to get up early to reserve. Staff was friendly, room was large and clean and hotel was short walk to center of town with great shops and restaurants. I totally recommend it. Very family friendly as well."

"Loved the ocean view! The pool and bar also have amazing views, making it such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The staff were friendly, and overall we had a great experience. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Pool area needs to be cleaned more often. Surface around pool (patio) needs to be resurfased/painted/refreshed, as well as the floor of the pool itself. Ice Maker didn't work and was VERY dirty. Need a deep clean. Waitress at restaurant was MISERABLE. I understand she was the only server on Labor Day and was slammed but she was not friendly and ignored us - we eventually got up from table and ordered from the bar. The bar tender was also VERY busy BUT SUPER friendly, helpful and excellent! The food was good. The property was nice = love being on the river. My room was nice, big, clean and modern. It was in the main buiding facing the ocean. The rooms in the older buildings, facing the pool and river need fixing. My sister had a Pool View Room and the toilet was coming out of the floor and mold on ceiling. Pool view room extremely small."
