The hotel and room were very nice. The room itself was large and clean. Very comfortable. Easy to walk to restaurants in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The check process was ok as the previous tenants misplaced the gate opener. But we called the contact number and they answered immediately and got us right in. We attended our Bible class event and the distance we had to travel was perfect. My mother and father were comfortable. The patios were the best features. We will definitely come back again.

It is a lovely hotel and the staff were very helpful. While the grounds are nice, I will probably stay in LA the next time where there is a neighborhood to walk in. The gym was one of the best I have ever used as we are daily gym goers. We loved the staff, they were so friendly. The nightly parking was $59 a night, actually more than the daily rate of my Hertz car. If you are not out of your hotel room by about noon they do not clean your room and this happened several times. They provide a coffee machine in the room with two pods, but to have sufficient coffee in the room we paid $25 a day for room service more coffee by room service. The food menu is limited, and there are no specials, and after 2 weeks we couldn't bear to have dinner or lunch there. Once we were confident that a salad they prepared had been stored too long and we both got bad intestinal problems. Room Service or the Restaurant do not answer phones and you need to leave a message and I was unsure if they ever would, so I had to call the front desk to talk to person. The traffic is horrible at the corner of Sunset and the 405, so while it is convenient to the airport and nice areas of LA like Belaire, Beverly Hills and the west side like Santa Monica, it was fairly difficult to leave the facility due to multiple lanes of traffic and long backups getting on the 405. Expect to pay over $500 a night for food parking and lodging.

Very helpful staff, convenient garage parking across the street however, of course, you are paying for it. The bar was not operational yet due to lack of permit. Once that is established, it would make it an even better stay. Nice facility overall, good size room and a great fancy toilet in the room with fancy functions. :) Definitely recommend staying here, great location.

Love the vibe of this hotel. The rooms are stunning, incredibly spacious, and feel more like a home than a typical hotel room. The views are top-notch, and the location is hard to beat—everything you need is conveniently nearby. The beds and furniture are exceptionally comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax and settle in. I especially loved the bathroom products and the signature scent throughout the room—so much so that I’d recommend buying the room spray from the gift shop. The welcome note and treats waiting for us upon arrival were a thoughtful touch and made us feel appreciated. Check-in could have been a bit friendlier, but that may just be part of the LA hospitality style.

Restaurant staff and food very good. Front desk very good. Housekeeping did a poor job, cleaned room once and did not provide hand towels or wash clothes. Common areas are good with the exception of the gym which was totally inadequate. Lobby, bar, pool areas very nice. Rooms need an upgrade a little worn. Bed was very nice

The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :) We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious! Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful. Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier. I highly recommend this hotel!!

When I booked I picked the premium queen suite. What was shown was NOT what we got. We couldn’t even watch the tv because it was on the wall beside the bed. While I understand you don’t always get what you see I expected to at least have a usable room. The ac did not keep up, even having it set at 64 degrees it said it was 73. The windows are sealed shut so you can’t even get a breeze going to help cool it down. The shower is tiny, and we had a sewage smell coming from both it and the sink. Overall I was very disappointed in what we received versus what room we got considering I “upgraded” to the premium.
