スタッフの方の対応は大変素晴らしかったのに深夜12時から2時の間の上？隣？からの音がうるさくて眠れませんでした。

朝食は充実していて、おいしかったです。 冷房がついており、暑い夏も快適に過ごせました。タオル類も毎日交換していただけました。 立地もヴィクトリア駅からすぐ近く、周辺にスーパーマーケットやレストランも多くて便利です。

可愛らしいお部屋で清潔でとても良かったです。プロムスを聴きに行ったので、お部屋に音符の壁紙やクッションが置いてあるのに感動。 そして、何より駅からすぐというのが女性2人旅にとって最高でした。 ただ、お部屋に鏡がなく、1人はクローゼットの鏡、1人は洗面所の鏡でお化粧という感じでした。あと洗面所にドライヤー用のコンセントがなかったような。。ベッドサイドのコンセントで鏡がなくヘアアイロンするのは大変かも。 とはいえ、駅近とホテルの可愛さでそんなこと気にならないくらいでした。

Unfortunately, my stay at The Royal Horseguards was the most distressing hotel experience of my international travels. During my stay, I returned to my room after dinner and discovered that the in-room safe had been damaged and cash stored inside was missing. My suitcase had also been damaged and searched. This was the first time I had experienced unauthorized entry, theft, and damage to personal belongings inside a hotel room. The incident was immediately reported to hotel management and the Metropolitan Police. The matter was serious enough that the hotel ultimately approved a 70% reimbursement of the accommodation charges. What disappointed me most was the handling of the situation afterward. Communication was slow, explanations were often unclear, and obtaining information required repeated follow-up. I also encountered billing issues relating to Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), which required extensive discussions before being resolved. To be fair, the hotel enjoys an excellent location overlooking the Thames and the historic building is attractive. However, a five-star hotel should be judged not only by its location and appearance, but also by its standards of security, accountability, and crisis management. Despite the reimbursement, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Vi syns vi fikk et lite rom, for 3, i forhold til prisen. Vi ble tilbudt nytt, litt større rom, som vi takket ja til. Veldig hyggelige personalet. Hotellet var veldig flott. God frokost med muserende! I helgen måtte vi vente lenge på egg vi bestilte. Nydelig takterrasse.
