The hotel is extremely convenient to Namba Station, with direct access through a vast network of underground walkways that makes getting around Osaka effortless. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the classic European-inspired design adds to the sense of staying somewhere special. Staff were friendly and helpful, and views from the higher floors are excellent. Overall, this is a beautifully appointed and very reasonably priced hotel that serves as an outstanding base for exploring Osaka.

So fun and accommodating! Huge room!

room was clean, big and room to move around. A little older and the service was ok. very tight on towels and amenities. staff were very helpful and courteous. I would return again. Just not as nice as the Monday in Kyoto which was newer and plenty of amenities.

Our experience at Six Senses Kyoto was extraordinary from start to finish. Every detail felt thoughtful, personal, and beautifully tailored to our family. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding care from the Kids Club team —Saki and Kaori. They went above and beyond for our 8-year-old son, creating moments of joy, learning, and connection that he will never forget. From fun activities to teaching him the art of origami, they brought so much warmth and magic to his days. Their kindness and attention made our stay feel deeply special. The reception team was equally impressive — attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every interaction felt genuine and gracious. Six Senses Kyoto is a sanctuary of beauty and calm, but it’s the people who made it truly exceptional. We are grateful for this experience and can’t wait to return.
