"If flying early out of Osaka KIX or landing late this is an excellent overnight stop. Shutte to airport only early morning but rail works easily. Fantastic views from many rooms...the Corner ones overlooking bay and airport are special. Reasonably spacious rooms for Osaka area. Excellent breakfast on top floor with spectacular views. Kombini store on 2nd floor if need anything, snack beer etc. RinkuTown railway is next door and a short covered walk away. As usual there are some nice Japanese and an Indian eating places round in the Station so food is well covered."

"We’ve stayed at the Hotel Okura Kobe 3 times for the last 3 years . Unfortunately this property is showing sign of wear and tear . This room was booked on Hotels.com and by doing so I didn’t receive some of the perks available as if I booked directly with the hotel . No waters , cookies or daily newspaper . Along with have an exposed carpet seam and Threads unraveling was a hazard as you could snag your toe on them . The trim around the closet door was peeling and should been along the carpet attended to prior to my stay or any future guest . The small things like newspaper, papers and water should always be offered regardless if we booked directly or a secondary source . Our friends who were also on this trip received the amenities with their room stay which made me aware of them ."
