The room with the outdoor onsen is at the lowest floor. Unfortunately the corridor is with the smell of mould and the smell is very serious within the room. Cockroaches were found and I did kill one at 4 am. I told the reception staff at check-out in the morning, appears that they did not show any care about this.

この度はありがとうございました。道路渋滞により、到着がチェックイン時間よりはるかに遅れてしまいましたが、嫌な顔一つせず到着と同時に出迎えてくださいました。部屋での懐石を予約しておりましたが、そちらもスタッフの方々が丁寧に対応してくださり本当に助けていただきました。時間もタイトで疲れもあったので、ほとんど施設を楽しむことはできませんでしたが、子ども向けのゲームや設備など様々なところにおもてなしの精神を感じました。せっかくこのような素晴らしい施設を楽しめず残念でしたが、次回必ずまた利用させていただきますので楽しみにしております。異国の方もたくさんスタッフ出働いておられましたが、みなさんお客様ファーストで熱心だったことが印象的でした。ありがとうございました。

外国人スタッフの方が数人おられましたがとても礼儀正しく親切に対応していただきました。敷地内に釣りができるスペースがあったり子どもが楽しめるような工夫がたくさんしてあって驚きました。夜の部屋食で少しペースが遅かったのが残念でしたがそれ以外はとても満足です。

2回目の宿泊です。ホテルの目の前から無料で24時間釣りができます。昼過ぎ、夜、朝と釣りをしましたが、それぞれで3匹程の釣果でした。前回は2時間程で10匹くらい釣れました。今回はスタッフさんが少なかったですが前回同様、とても親切でした。釣りやすい竿とそうではない竿とがあるので、釣れないときはスタッフさんに声をかけると良いと思います。旅館はサウナ付きですが水風呂がないのが残念、、夕食はビュッフェで、注文後に焼いてくれる淡路牛が美味しかったです。
