The Boldons Ski Vacations

At £16, the breakfast was very disappointing. The 'fresh orange juice' was a machine mixed concoction that didn't taste like orange juice. There was no hot chocolate and the pastries were frequently empty. They only jam offered was strawberry. The rooms were modern and clean but unfortunately, the holder for the shower head was broken. The staff were friendly and helpful and manned to move our room away from opposite the lifts (which would have been noisy)

So so stay in hottest week of year. Room size good but design of room let it down. Restaurant not opened on Monday/Tuesday evening ( in a 4star hotel!) and bar in hotel disappointing. could not get room to a comfortable temp during whole stay, whatever we tried, and fan in room was completely useless.

The room was relatively clean. Few spots in the bathroom with toothpaste on it. Bed was a bit too soft for our liking. When someone moved the whole bed moved. Though despite the noise on the street, you couldn’t hear it in the room. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, lots of options.
