Rooms were clean and the sitting area with microwave and fridge and coffee counter are great to have in the room.

I enjoyed my stay at One King West. My room was quiet and well insulated against noise, the beds were very comfortable, the space to work was well organized with a real office chair. There was a kitchenette that I did not use, but could be convenient. It was ackward to hang clothes in the kitchen, but there are drawers under the tv. The bathroom was very clean and there was good water pressure. Check in and check out were smooth and quick. Internet was a little slow, but was good enough to work. It is definitely a fantastic option for the price in downtown Toronto!

Everything was fabulous! The little breakfast place off of the lobby was delicious.

Only downside was that the property closed handicap parking and made no other arrangements for those that need it due to paving that didn’t happen in the 4 nights I stayed there.

Was here for a conference .. well operated and facilities were just right! Lots of working stations, power, charging, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the Living Room lounge area, live music, the Bosk restaurant and room service, Staff were very helpful and attentive. We’ll be back!

My stay at 1 Hotel Toronto was genuinely wonderful from start to finish. The Flora Lounge is a highlight — the lush greenery creates a calming, nature-inspired atmosphere unlike any hotel bar I’ve visited. What truly sets this property apart is the staff. Yaz was warm, engaging, and spot-on with every menu recommendation. The woman managing the pool on Sunday afternoon (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!) was equally delightful. At Harriet’s, Alejandra (Ale) brought such genuine kindness and attentiveness to every interaction. When my travel plans changed unexpectedly, Jonah, Ify, and Shamar handled everything with patience and efficiency. I couldn’t have felt more looked after. I left feeling like family rather than a guest, and I’m already planning my return with my mom and sister. À bientôt! 🌿

Fantastic hotel and likely the best available in Toronto today. You get what you pay for, and this place is top notch in every way.

Great location and lovely staff. The room was fantastic, having a kitchenette/wet bar/Keurig machine/fridge. Spacious with a separate living area, bathroom sink with a large counter. Also, 2 cupboards for storage. Just a few blocks from Yonge St, so central to downtown and attractions. Lots of places to eat in the area, some open late. Very pleasant.
