"The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast met our needs. The location was definitely a selling point - being close to stores (including the mall), as well as the Oshawa Go Station and the highway. Will definitely stay here again in the future."

"Due to fluctuations in outside temperature, the hotel AC had not yet been activated. The room was uncomfortably hot (26C). I believe it is prudent for the hotel to notify customers in advance of this prior to locking in the reservation. Had I known, I would have made alternative reservations. I got a fan and an apology from the hotel either of which was satisfactory. Disappointed."

"We had an issue with our toilet, the seat was broken. We tried to call down to the front desk but our phone was not working. Went down and waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone showed up. Manager on Duty Raj, switched our rooms. New room had no closet, no where to hang jackets/clothes, window was broken, glass had a crack from one end to the other. Floor was first and sticky, and bottle of shampoo was empty. Terrible all around. And the price was way too much for the condition of the property. Will never stay here again, and will never recommend to any of my clients."
