「very good stay」

「Very clean room and friendly staff. 」

「The room and house was spotless, cozy and comfortable. The bed was so comfy. So many extras and luxuries that made our stay amazing. Breakfast was delicious and presented with so much attention to detail. Rose is a gem - kind and hospitable. We highly recommend it here when you are in the Port Hope area. 」

「The hotel is definitely in need of renovation. Furniture, carpets, draperies all in need of replacement. The pool was out of service. Their employees were all wonderful. Lucy in the breakfasr room, the maintenance gentlemen from Dominican *sorry don't remember his name, and everyone on the front desk deserve 5 stars. Due to the condition of the rooms I probably would not book here again.」

「I hope they were just having one of those weeks but it seemed a bit less taken care of since we last visited. Lovely staff. 」

「There were no other hotel options within the area available due to a tournament of some kind. Upon arrival staff attempted to increase the rate to double+ the cost because of lack of availability. As I had booked via expedia with the rate already outlined they were required to maintain it much to their disgruntlement. 」

「Cold water shower first morning. There was hot water later that day and the next morning. Another traveller with me got double billed. It was worked out but did delay her day by about 20 minutes. Rooms were basic but fine. Microwave and fridge in my room both worked fine. 」

「No toilet paper in the room, had to go get some after using the toilet. Not allowed to flush toilet paper so had to pile it in the garbage can. 」

「翌日9時前に出発するVIAに乗るため探したホテルです。高速を降りて直ぐの所にあります。二階建ての小規模な田舎のホテルですが、室内は清潔で十分な設備がありました。朝食込みのお値段もリーズナブルで卵料理も付きます。朝8時15分にタクシーを呼びましたが、あいにくすぐにはつかまりませんでしたが、フロント係が必死に探して下さり、無事駅に着きました。駅へも一本道ですので、とても便利です。」
