「郊外なのでそこまで高くない。文句のつけようがないくらい快適なホテル。コインランドリーがあると思い込んでおり、それがなかったのが唯一のマイナスポイント。」

「We were welcomed and provided a great room. We appreciated our room placement given the construction taking place behind the hotel and how close it is to the highway. We found parking by a door closer to our room. Staff is very friendly. They do a comfort check before bed to make sure you have everything you need and i thought that was a nice personal touch. Well done. 」

「Even though there was a hockey tournament, the staff handled everything so that there were no interruptions or problems for other guests I have had very bad experiences at an Oshawa location where the hotel was overrun with screaming children that were unsupervised. This was also a hockey tournament and it made my stay a nightmare. The Whitby location had superior rooms and the staff were excellent!!!」

「After a long day it was nice to have such a friendly front desk attendant. She made checking in painless, explained where everything was. They’re also pet friendly… and I don’t mean you’re booked in to a room with stained carpets and a worn duvet as I’ve run into at other places…The room was spotless. The A/C worked just like an a/c unit should. The breakfast menu provided enough options to cover all preferences and restrictions. 」

「最初に入った部屋のテレビが映らず、フロント係の女性に「同行の子どもがHockey Night in Canadaを楽しみにしていたんだけど・・・」と言ったところ、「それは大変！」と即座にテレビのチェックに来て、状況が改善しないことが分かると快く隣に部屋を変えてくれた。Hockey Night in Canadaにチャンネルを合わせてスタンバイしてくれたのみならず、「これでも飲みながら見てください」とコーラ２本の差入れまで。。臨機応変な気の利いたサービスは10日間の旅程の中でも印象深いことだった。朝食も良かった。あまり泊まる機会のないロケーションだが、また訪れてみたいと感じた。」
