The hotel was fine nothing major stood out. The surrounding area was okay

Everything was very lovely. It’s SF so you are right downtown. However, the games and some of the lobby furniture condition was subpar. No sand in the shuffleboard and the soccer balls for the soccer plinko we’re all deflated. Half of the furniture in the lobby was in poor condition, including the upstairs lounging area.

Love this hotel. Our room had a spectacular bay view. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location can be beat. It is so easy to get around the city and there is everything you need in walking distance.

Pool was supposed to be have hot water or at least warm water. It was cold. Not only the water was cold the area was cold too.

The staff was incredible and we loved all of the design touches in the room. The attention to detail was impressive.
