We liked the that it was central in the city , but the room was not clean ,we had to ask for coffee cups , wine glasses , toilet paper was broken and one of our rooms were not cleaned daily .
Everything was addressed very quickly but wouldn’t return .

It definitely needs a refresh - furniture quite old, TV small and on small table in bedroom only (not in living area?), appliances should be replaced, only blankets for bed, no coffee or milk provided.
Position is very good so needs some investment in above to get it up to scratch.
