Needs a refrigerator and microwave in room

I stayed at The Woodlands Resort for one night and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The property itself is nice and has a relaxing atmosphere. However, there were a few downsides. My room did not have a microwave, which would have been convenient. Also, only the lazy river was open during my stay, while two of the pools were closed. The lazy river was enjoyable, but there were quite a few leaves and unattended tubes floating around, which made it seem like it could have been maintained a little better. Despite those issues, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider visiting again if all of the pool amenities were available.

Overall great hotel. Definitely will be staying here again. Shout out to the staff crew.
