Room was always cleaned when requested. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room over looked the beach. Hotel was right across from the beach. Loved that there was restaurants and coffee within 5 minutes of walking. 10/10

Really need to update everything. Rooms were dated and dark. Pool and lobby was underwhelming and also dark. Elevators aren’t great either
Staff were polite and Mark the cultural director was so sweet and educational

The ocean was visible from our room and we loved the view also from the end of the hallway. The outrigger was an amazing hotel and the staff were always accesible. The restaurant was great and the only problem was the pool was crowded.
Still very good service and lovely hotel.
