The staff were always busy, and didn’t know much about where things were or how to provide guidance. The room was small the only thing I was concerned about was the sofa bed. It was very old and not comfortable at all.

Clean hotel, there is a resort fee but no resort lol, the 02 rooms all are loud like a train yard at night and you will not sleep if you are in these suites on any floors. No Ac is lobby or hallways so you will be getting drenched waiting for your uber. Price point is ok for what you get but its definitely not a hilton. They charge for shaded umbrellas by their pool which is also cringe since they charge a resort fee.

This was the one of the worst places we have ever stayed. The room, while fairly clean, was very run down and in serious need of maintenance and repair. The air conditioner did not work because it is placed in a window in a separate room and does not blow the cold air into the main living area. We laid on to of the bed sweating every night. The ceiling fan blades were so loose that one of them actually fell off while I was trying to tighten the screws late at night because of the horrible noise it was making. The building was undergoing some construction and painting which was noisy and the workers were using the elevator and cluttering up the hallways. They were also doing asbestos removal in the two rooms next to ours. The workers were all wearing hazmat suits and masks while we were breathing the air being exhausted. The paid and reserved parking stall we had occasionally had someone else parked in it when we returned from our daily trips. When we left we told each other that our vacation in hell was finally over. I have never left a negative review of any place we have stayed until now. I just do not others to have their Hawaii trip ruined like ours.
