This was my first and last time staying at West House. The hotel is extremely dated and in serious need of a deep clean and TLC. Our first room was very dirty, broken mirror, cracked lamp shades and curtains off the rail, not to mention the dust. Our second room was not much better. Something very odd with the bed frames also, both appears to be missing box springs and were half a foot from the headboard which cause you pillow to fall between the bed and the frame. This is by no means a luxury hotel and I will not be returning.

My experience overall was memorable. I will be back.
The only issue we had was the room keys lost programming every day during the stay and we had to have the front desk staff fix them.
Other than that, our stay was flawless and the staff was friendly.
