The facility is clean and staff were very helpful. That said, there was no hot water from the sink faucet which was very inconvenient. I was also shocked to have to pay $55 a day for parking. Most hotels list on their site whether there is a fee to park or if parking is free. This information is not listed on their website. The last two days of my stay the parking garage elevators were not working. Again, having to carry my suitcase up stairs was a nuisance. Not my best experience.

"1. did not allow to eat in the cafeteria using their table 10 o'clock in the night? as we got some to go food. did not really want to stink the room so we choose to eat in the cafeteria, but nope, better to eat in your own room? 2. did not give us enough toilet paper as we only stayed one night. ..."

"If you need anything from the hotel housekeeper, don’t count on getting it. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or what but I needed dry bath towels before put check out day. I went down to ask for them. The front desk texted the housekeeping and said he’s on his way to deliver this was 5:50am. ..."
