"The hotel itself was excellent, clean, comfortable. The rooms were great, amenities top-notch, and my stay overall was really enjoyable. However, the check-in experience was horrible. There was a massive line that took me almost 45 minutes, and nobody informed me that it was specifically for guests with flight cancellation vouchers. There were supposed to be two separate lines, and if staff had just communicated this, it would have saved a lot of frustration. I hope the hotel improves this communication at check-in, because the property and service inside are fantastic"

"A/C on the fritz- blowing, but not cold. We had them bring in fans. They did give us a room discount, but the night crew was rude. Trying my best to handle the situation with the front desk and they hung up on me twice. I was very disappointed with the dated appearance of the hotel. Hotel shuttle was great! "

"Need to have a bigger shuttle bus or run more than one on a day you have several people arriving. The driver was being pulled in several directions because several customers were calling the hotel after waiting more than 30 mins to be picked up. To much for one driver/shuttle."
