"Didn't eat there"

"Staff was rude and food was cold. Room air conditioning did not work properly. Bathroom floors and showers are very slippery when wet and 2 of us slipped yet the staff did NOTHING and were rude to us. This place is brutal."

"As we arrived early, they were able to store our luggages until a room was available. Although we had to pay an additional cost or early check-in. The staff were friendly. Great location with restaurant and shops nearby. Loved the complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle. The room was very spacious and clean."

"I love this hotel it’s one of the best I have stayed in, in a long time, so I booked it as a surprise getaway for my mom for Mother’s Day. She stayed here for one night while in LA before flying to Hawaii and she also loved it so If you’re thinking about staying in this hotel think no longer and hurry up and book."

"Parking. I did not see anywhere where they mentioned parking was extra $ 10 a night per vehicle. Unless you have a handicap placard then it's free. Parking spaces are really tight."

"Staff, always on their phones loudly speaking (non-english so it's very disturbing) , reported an obvious problem, (leaky faucet) that has been and most likely still is leaking water all over the counter. Towels are in very poor condition, you can see thru them as they are so threadbare. "
