Ebbsfleet Golf Vacations

I was staying at this hotel for 5 days. The property was clean and outside was well maintained. However of all the hotels I’ve been to, I’ve never experienced NOT having a mini fridge or microwave. So for me who has small kids this definitely would not be ideal.(my kids were not on this trip) This was a huge inconvenience. There menu options in my opinion wasn’t the best and pricy. They don’t warm up outside food. So for that reason alone I wouldn’t come back to this location. Not all holiday Inns are the same, especially outside of the UK. The only other incident that happened, room service didn’t do my room for 2day straight. The first time I didn’t say anything but after coming back late from being out all day, my linens and towels weren’t changed I complained to front desk and had to step out for a few hours while they find someone to clean my room. This was after 8pm at night. It got cleaned so that was resolved.

Was a really nice place but the lifts absolutely stunk when telling the staff they said they knew the lifts stunk so why not spray some air freshener?

Everything was perfect. Amazing staff clean areas wonderful atmosphere
