Excellent staff, lovely albeit limited breakfast. Issue with room (damaged taps) unfortunately not rectified, but overall a lovely old hotel. Brilliant location for the palace.

The property is cozy and well appointed. The staff were beyond delightful. It was a joy staying there. Beds were super comfortable and room nicely appointed. I would return to this same property on our next visit to Richmond.

Very welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. Everything was explained and nothing was to much trouble. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent extras in the room . The only downside was the toilet and even though it was obscured glass cubicle it was slightly off putting knowing your silhouette was outlined whilst …….doing your business. Apart from that highly recommended hotel , great stay .

Staff were friendly and helpful and you cannot beat the location if you have an early flight from T5. I was only there for one night but would say that a major miss was that they did not have any plugs bedside. I don't want to have to get out of bed to access my devices.

Coffee and tea provided was sparse and no biscuits! Have more when we stay in a travel lodge. Carpets in corridors of communal areas badly in need of a good hoover.
No airport bus shuttle, have stayed here before over many years and disappointed the service has been removed.
