I always stay here when we come to LA. Love the location - close to Rodeo Drive. The area is clean and safe. The staff is always amazing and courteous. Maryam was so efficient and made check in a breeze.

Very friendly stuff, but we had a problem with shower's drainage and couldn't take a shower in the morning. The bed wasn't comfortable also.

Shower didn’t drain fast enough. So you are ankle deep in water pretty quickly. The door key pads also don’t work quite right. Some touches don’t register and even when they make a tone that they do, for some reason they don’t. The whole kiosk check in process doesn’t run smoothly either. Other than that they’ve done enough to make it look pretty enough for a picture.

This is a nice place, good condition and the best hotel in this area of Los Angeles / Gardena. Lots positives. Hot water all day , lots of towels, friendly workers around the facility ( front desk, muh, I am thinking in this hood, they take alot of crap from people, hince the low key attitude. ) despite that I recomend this place. You can skip the $12 dollar parking fee, get there, unload your bags and park on the street, 1/2 block away for free. Its across te street , west of the property. for the best places to shop and eat, head west to Hawthorne or even better Torrance a few miles away. freeways are close by. the ocean is 15 min away , head west down the 105 freeway.
