Perfect spot to stay if you're catching a concert at the Moody Center!

Amazing place but what makes it better is the staff services that genuinely care and made my experience even better.

This was not our first visit to this hotel. It is good for a 1 or 2 night stay, but not for the 5 nights we stayed. The rooms are generally smaller and not well it. Moreover, there is little room to store clothes for a longer stay. Finally, one area of the hotel was dark (there are outdoor, entry units) and we had to fight the dark areas and very dark steps required to get to our room. We complained 3 consecutive days but all were were told is it is a “programming issue” that is being worked on.
