「I was very disappointed that the pool was not on site as pictured. The unit needs some TLC above and beyond what cleaners are generally expected to care for such as very worn and bleach-stained linens and a very dirty bathroom exhaust fan grille and dirty stove drip pans. I also felt that I received an excessive amount of texts in conjunction with my stay. Sometimes less is more.」

「The Lemon Tree apartments are dated. The interior matched the photos on the website, but was not as clean as I would have liked. If you are looking for a quite room this is not it. The air conditioning system was noisy and you could hear people in other apartments moving about and you could hear their TV's.」

「The complex is not great, quite old, with several interesting characters. The unit was not very clean, hair in shower, broken glass in backyard, etc. We ended up shortening our stay. The photos are deceiving. 」

「The house is just as listed. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Check in went smoothly after a minor technically issue with the app but Ames was proactive and was very quick to respond and help. Parking was a little bit of a challenge though. There isn’t any specific place to park. It’s first come, first serve parking on the street. We had attended a concert and arrived late. The street was full and others had parked in the loading zone for the night. My husband drove around for probably 15...
