「The Lemon Tree apartments are dated. The interior matched the photos on the website, but was not as clean as I would have liked. If you are looking for a quite room this is not it. The air conditioning system was noisy and you could hear people in other apartments moving about and you could hear their TV's.」

「Perfect location for events at the Moody Center. The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the venue, which allowed us to completely skip the post-show rideshare surge and expensive UT campus parking.」

「Great floor plan! Easy walk to UT. Great restaurants nearby.」

「The location was great and we were very satisfied with the apartment!」

「Location was perfect to access downtown, the trails along the river, or South Congress. The apartment was a little bit old, but clean. The host was very responsive!」

「Clean and cozy. Safe area near many attractions 」

「Good location and setup. Would be nice to have nicer mood lighting in dining room and living room beyond just the ceiling can lights (and some bulbs in lamps were burned out). Also, wifi coverage was very low in the rear of the property by the primary bedroom.」
