We preferred a place where we could prepare/cook breakfast in the morning and do our own laundry. The room was clean and spacious. Move-in coordinator will get in touch thru email about the check-in and check-out process. We’ll definitely rebook if we visit DC in the future.

The staff were so welcoming and positive. A breath of fresh air. Everything was clean and easy to get to. Will definitely stay there again.

Having previously stayed at the Pendry Baltimore, we arrived at the Pendry DC at the Wharf with high expectations. Unfortunately, the DC location felt like a step down in comparison — and this was despite having booked upgraded rooms in Baltimore. The standard king room was small and poorly laid out. A narrow hallway near the bathroom created an awkward situation where the closet and bathroom doors couldn’t both be open at the same time, and two people could barely pass each other. The in-room coffee maker was broken, though the hotel did offer coffee in the lobby as an alternative. Most disruptively, we were jolted awake in the middle of the night by a loud, unusual noise — a rushing, gushing sound from what seemed to be a pipe — that lasted roughly 10 minutes and left us both unable to sleep. The staff was pleasant enough, but lacked the warmth and attentiveness we’ve come to expect from Four Seasons properties and our previous Pendry experience. On the bright side, the shower was exceptional and the location at the Wharf is hard to beat. That said, we’ll likely explore other options on our next visit to the area.

Good value hotel for Capitol Hill visit. Great location and service. Rooms are smaller and not a lot of frills but comfortable and have everything you need.

The property was beautiful and clean. The room had everything we needed. We had a lovely view from our 8th story window. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

I loved my stay there. The staff was so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
