Parking was easy, convenient, right on a quiet street

Our stay was mediocre. The staff were great, very welcoming and helpful. However the lack of cleanliness in the room overshadowed our experience. The bathroom floor was so sticky and gross my feet literally stuck to it… ew. The crib we were given to use had a mattress that was half stained brown and I was not comfortable placing my baby in there to sleep. Also we noticed splatters of who knows what throughout the room. Overall, for the price I was expecting a much cleaner room.

The staff were so friendly. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast (no complaints!), the hotel was clean, and the staff were very attentive. There was enough parking too. Zero complaints. Would stay here again.

Loved the balcony and views of Vancouver

There was a lot of issues with checking in. The price was ok considering what they have inside the hotel but breakfast should’ve been included. I think this will be my last time booking with them.
