Ebbsfleet All inclusive Vacations

The hotel was great, small, spotless and in a very quiet yet fairly central location with very helpful staff. I booked a “small double room”, thinking this meant a small room with a double bed, it actually means a room with a small double bed as in a 3/4 size double bed. I think the wording on the room type should be changed as this meant that me and my adult daughter had to share a very small bed for two nights!

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Earls Ct station. Amenities in room were very nice too. Stove,oven,frig freezer,dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Linens were stained, as was the sofa arms. Vents and switches were dirty too. The wallpaper and floors looked worn and in need of refinishing. Prevoius holes from old window treatments need filling. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Especially Michael the door man. He was very good! Regarless of my complaints, due to the location and price, I WOULD stay here again, bringing my own linens and Clorox wipes for cleaning. This place could be top notch with some refreshing and updating.

I wanted to check this brand new

This place is great. Comfortable, close to shops and the tube, and great for our needs (family of 4).

The accommodation was very roomy - a large living/dining room (with a small kitchen off it) and a large bedroom. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We needed a few things for the unit snd they were promptly supplied. The kitchen overall was well equipped with detergent for both the dishwasher and the washer/dryer. The bedroom was quiet at night and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was large and well equipped. We would certainly stay here again!

Excellent value, whilst not a cheap option, it is definitively very good value. The staff were professional and accommodating. They allowed early check in because they had availability. They were friendly. The location is great. The units are great in size for a family, and basic provisions (coffee, detergent, dish soap, milk capsules, etc) are provided. The units are modern and in good taste, some items are a little tired from guest traffic, but, hey some times guests do give the equipment a rough ride! Very clean. The lady at reception is charming, and the cleaning staff are professional. Will be back and recomend.

I wanted to check this brand new

This place absolutely made our trip to London. It's well located and clean. It was lovely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location.

Nice new hotel conveniently located a short walk from Victoria station. Spacious room (upgraded to accessible room with an external window). Appreciated the generous breakfast included. Overall a very positive stay, just a few areas to look into: - Bizarre, complicated WiFi login and password written on hotel information sheet by receptionist that didn’t work (tried a few times). Why not use industry standard, such as surname/room number? - soundproofing was ok, we could hear people talking as they walked along the corridor, and luckily no-one either side of us. However, there was a very audible sound of running water behind the walls all night, see possible explanation from google below*. - Breakfast was busy and, while there was plenty of food to help yourself to, and frequent cleaning away of dishes, some of the serving spoons were very greasy from the many hotel guests handling them. Suggest hand sanitisers on entry and more napkins. - The coffee dispensed in the three machines tasted awful. Could have been the milk, or the blend of coffee, water and milk in a cappuccino. I tried two machines, as one looked like it had a decaf label on it. *possible explanation from google: Building Material: Many modern hotels use lightweight PVC drainpipes rather than old-school heavy cast iron. PVC transmits the sound of rushing water, which can sound loud like a "waterfall".

This hotel is close to so much, good places to eat with so much options, situated close to a main train station (Paddington) where traveling to other parts of England and Europe is just a train ride away. I would recommend a stay at this location or any place in the neighborhood.
