Our room was lovely, clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and very helpful!, breakfast was amazing, they cater for everyone. The restaurant staff really friendly and accommodating, we had a birthday meal there which they made extra special too, and overall our stay was made better ( if that’s possible) due to the above. I love this hotel. The staff was excellent and helpful. It’s a wonderful location lovely and very convenient both to the train station and to the sites of Florence. I can’t say enough wonderful things thank you for everything.

Room was clean and staff were nice. The only thing that bothered us were the mosquitoes inside the room. We got a lot of bites.
