Great gym, beautiful lobby, nice bell service. Staff was a little rude when informing us that no outside food may be consumed in the lobby. For the price we pay for the hotel stay, we would have expected a more courteous approach.

So conveniently located to the theater districts, and the staff was absolutely phenomenal. I was so impressed with everything about this hotel. I was extremely comfortable. The amenities were wonderful. The accessibility to late night. Food was also very helpful. After shows I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be staying with this hotel again.

The Conrad is a classy place! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was great - a separate living area with a pullout bed provided with privacy by a pocket door. Size of room was great for New York.
