Hotel was tired in need of updating. Many items worn or broken. Staff shortage and some staff not fully trained. Only one elevator working for a majority of the stay. 2nd elevator did work some of the time but 3rd out completly. Lizards kept going in the pool almost daily which closed the pool for 3 hours each time. Obviously a problem and should be addressed. If it was not for the excellant bartenders at the moon bar in the center lobby the rating would have only been two stars.

Lovely resort, wonderful amenities, great food. However, seemed to be very very understaffed. The wait times to get checked in, and later to the island were over an hour, which was disappointing as we were only there 2 days. Wonderful place for families, though!

Everything was great except the pool heater was working. The lap pool was hot but it doesn’t have stairs just ladders.

Staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Restaurant is delicious. Very convenient to Atlantis. Nice air conditioning.
