Everything was superb! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole property felt very family-friendly and kid-friendly. Everything was very well kept.. I will say though that the restroom could use some maintenance, the doors to the balcony were somewhat hard to open not as smooth and the floors felt a little sticky but could have been because of the humidity, the door handle to the room was loose but other than that it was great. The staff were very nice and helpful.
