Check-in line was extremely long it took almost two hours at the time check-in time opened.
The welcoming guest personnel instead welcoming you they immediately wanted to sell you packages and didn't care about your real needs they just wanted to sell.
We told the housekeeping we needed more towels and come to clean our room and they never showed up. The next day, housekeeping said they have a hotel policy of not cleaning everyday and they didn't bother in notify us when we asked for the service.
Since lots of people used the big pool then it became dirty very fast, not sure every when they clean it but next day you can still see a black sheet of oil and remaining of sun protector products on the surface of pool water.

The resort was very nice and clean. The rooms are dated. The bathroom could definitely use an upgrade. But the staff were very friendly. The kids had a great time at the kids club.

The resort was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. Our view from the Honeymoon Oceanview suite was breathtaking. The food was hit and miss but that’s to be expected at any resort. The Bluewater grill was phenomenal. Overall excellent place to stay
