Room was fairly clean, the toilet could have used a deep cleaning. The staff were all AMAZING! Very courteous and helpful. The pools were all great, the ocean was amazing! Kid friendly, good atmosphere! The food was a let down. We did enjoy the t bone at LaVista, and the salad bar. I wish there were more variety at the buffet. Or switch food up for breakfast buffet. The entertainment was okay. We played Bingo, did a dance lesson, volleyball, laraoke, and it was all very enjoyable! We would recommend this resort, and we will return in the future, next time with the kids!

Paradisus Cancun was nothing short of a dream. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless, luxurious, and truly unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, pristine beaches, and beautifully maintained grounds that make you feel like you’ve stepped into paradise. Every detail, from the rooms to the pools to the dining experiences, was thoughtfully designed and impeccably executed. The food was incredible, with so many delicious options that we looked forward to every meal. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, or exploring everything the resort has to offer, there was never a dull moment just pure relaxation and happiness. This trip exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for a place where everything is taken care of and you can truly unwind, Paradisus Cancun is it. We can’t wait to come back! The only bad part about paradisus was having to leave.

No night activities, minimal shows or entertainment at night. I wish the food menu in the restaurants would have more variety to choose from. If I would stay another night, I would run out of the food choices. Staff was very helpful and amazing.

Me encantó el servicio, todo el personal fue muy atento en todo momento. Las habitaciones son muy lindas y siempre se mantienen limpias y organizadas, lo cual se aprecia muchísimo. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Además, el lugar está bien equipado y cómodo. Sin duda, una excelente experiencia y lo recomendaría.

Such helpful and friendly staff! Staff was so attentive, especially in the pool area. The food at the resort was amazing! I will definitely be back and would recommend this resort to family and friends when they book a trip to Cancun.

The spa was beautiful and relaxing. Pools were nice. We spent most of our time in preferred pool. The staff in hotel are all wonderful. Our butler, Andre was great. Pool concierges, Irving and Abraham were awesome in helping with pool chairs. The preferred sky bar was also amazing. And the staff was very attentive. One hiccup upon check in. We booked a preferred club oceanfront king with terrace. Were requested a higher floor. We were told we were on first floor. When we were taken to our room we were very disappointed with location and view. We do a lot of research and the room was not at all what was shown on website. The issue was corrected. Our amazing butler, Andre was able to offer a room in the preferred tower which had an awesome view and was a much nicer room.
